Workin' everyday for the body I've dreamed of because I've had enough of dreaming.
I'm struggling with the ups and downs of life but I know I can make it through :)
I got bored and decided to get on the elliptical. 30 minutes seemed like a reasonable amount since I walked/jogged for 2 hours earlier in the day. Well apparently not. I went 95 minutes. I was pushing myself too. My music was blasting and I felt great, not tired in the least. I only stopped because the machine had to reset the calories burned. I burned 1000 calories. Plus the 500 from the walk/jog. 1500 calories burned. What is this?
