I got bored and decided to get on the elliptical. 30 minutes seemed like a reasonable amount since I walked/jogged for 2 hours earlier in the day. Well apparently not. I went 95 minutes. I was pushing myself too. My music was blasting and I felt great, not tired in the least. I only stopped because the machine had to reset the calories burned. I burned 1000 calories.
